I’m a graduate of IEP Lyon (Sciences Po Lyon), with a postgraduate diploma in human resources management from Sciences Po Paris and a postgraduate diploma in labor law.
I’ve had a rich and varied career in human resources management, working for major industrial groups, and I’ve always enjoyed working with the men and women who make up the wealth and strength of these organizations.
I’ve been lucky enough to be able to carry out my missions by working directly with senior managers, particularly by recruiting their close collaborators (members of boards, subsidiary managers, business unit managers, BU managers, domain managers, experts, etc.). This has had a lasting impact on my way of working, guided by a very high level of expectations, and by a particular focus on soft skills.
My practice is based on several years’ experience as a recruitment, skills assessment and career management professional, including 19 years in the healthcare sector, with BOIRON Laboratories, a company renowned for its avant-garde human resources management, and for the skills and human qualities of its staff.
I support senior executives and operational managers in the recruitment of key and strategic functions in phases of development, external growth, reorganization, ….
I identify and approach candidates who will be able to contribute to the operational success of these particularly sensitive projects.
Each year, I undertake to devote 10% of my time to charity activities.
